Please contact us about returns within 24 hours of receiving your package in order to ensure you get a refund. All returned products must be in same condition as they were shipped.
While we work hard to make sure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase from the Bernard’s Candy online store, we cannot accept a return on any food product once it has been opened.
We also regret that we cannot guarantee orders for which we have been given an incorrect delivery address or that have been shipped to a P.O. Box address.
If the item was lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at (504) 244-0003 or on our Contact page so that we can open a claim with UPS and assist in getting your package to you.
